30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Show no signs of damage, wear, or modification
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item
  • Missing parts

We'll work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund whenever appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest solution is to request a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.


European Union Customers

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.
